Planning to Vacate?

Form 13 - Notice of Intention To Leave

You are required by legislation to give us two weeks written notice of your intention to vacate.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are breaking your lease, meaning you want to vacate the premises before the end of your lease date you need to call to discuss this with us as further forms are required to be filled out and charges/ responsibilities apply.

Got a New Roommate?

Application for Tenancy for Approved Occupant

You are permitted to have visitors at your rental property. Though if someone is staying long term, they will need to complete an application form and apply to be added either as a tenant or an approved occupant. It is against the special terms of your lease agreement to sub-let without written approval.

PLEASE NOTE: New tenants MUST be approved before they move into the premises.
